Science
Science is a systematic enterprise that builds and organises knowledge in testable explanations and predictions about the world. Science is based on research, and the practical impact of scientific research has led to the emergence of science policies that seek
to influence the scientific enterprise.
The Scientific Method
The scientific method uses a method to find out the results of an experiment that is not possible to be tested directly by asking questions. An example of this is studying how stars change as they age, and it's not testable as you cannot fast forward time by millions of years. Only some scientists use this method because most hypothesis can be tested directly and do not require a scientific method; instead, direct science is used.
